What's the difference between soft washing vs pressure washing?
The key differences are the amount of pressure being used as well as the chemicals. Soft washing uses low pressure combined with specialised cleaning solutions to safely remove mould, algae and dirt from delicate surfaces like roofs, painted walls and render without causing damage. Pressure cleaning uses high-pressure water to remove built-up grime from hard surfaces such as driveways, paths and concrete. Choosing the right method ensures your property is cleaned effectively while protecting the surfaces being treated.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No, as long as we have access to a water source we can do everything else and you can come home to a sparkling home. For your peace of mind, we always provide before and after photos and send them to you to ensure you are 100% happy with the results.
Doesn't the rain clean my solar?
This is a common misconception, but rain alone does not properly clean solar panels. While it may rinse away loose dust, it doesn't remove built-up grime, bird droppings or harmful residues that reduce performance. We use a specialised deionised water system that removes minerals and bacteria from the water, allowing panels to be cleaned safely without chemicals or damage. This method is the most effective and non-harmful way to restore your solar panels efficiency and keep them performing at their best.
